Camp policy is NO refunds will be processed after June 1st, 2023. Any refund request prior to this date are subject to a $25 administrative processing fee. All request for refunds MUST be in writing sent to Ramos.anthony133@gmail.com prior to June 1st, 2023.
Yes we can provide transportation to and from the airport for a fee of $40.
Please give yourselves a few hour buffer following your camp's end time, so your camper can have enough time to return to their room, shower, clean and pack, check out, then get transported to the airport in accordance with your camp schedule.
A resident stays in the dorms with us each night. A commuter leaves camp after the final session of the day.
The counselors are there to act as guardians for your children during camp. They sleep in the dorms over night and are around throughout the day to make sure any needs are taken care of.
If your camper becomes sick or injured during camp they will report immediately to the Athletic Trainer. From there the Athletic Trainer will decide on the next course of action. Athletic Trainers will contact parents/guardian to discuss treatment options. We can take campers to UNC hospitals but all cost will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
We offer a 25% discount to campers who received free or reduced school lunch and provide validation.
Comfortable workout clothes, plenty of T-shirts (at least 3 per day), shorts, socks. Wrestling shoes, sneakers/running shoes, sleepwear, towels, casual clothing and comfortable walking shoes or sandals. We do not recommend you bring expensive valuables such as watches or jewelry, as it could get lost.

We have camp store open between all sessions that will have Carolina Wrestling gear, drinks, and snacks after the evening session, etc.
You may want to bring additional spending money for ordering snacks, pizza, soda pop, shopping at the camp store.
If you are a coach, athlete, or parent planning to commute and need parking passes for campus, we will need your necessary vehicle info to be registered (Name, license plate number, state, make and model of vehicle). Please contact Andrew Dunn Jr. (acdunnjr@unc.edu) for further information.
