The Tar Heel Wrestling Competition Camp focuses on providing campers with live competition, advanced techniques, and skills essential for their growth as competitive wrestlers. The camp offers a dynamic mix of technique sessions and live competitions, with clinicians and counselors closely observing campers’ practice and matches. After each session, campers have the opportunity to engage with instructors for feedback and improvement strategies. The culmination of the camp involves a tournament on the last day, with campers grouped into brackets based on their weight classes.

For overnight campers, accommodation is provided in the dorms with two athletes per room, assigned based on registration. All meals are included and served in the Chase Dining Hall.

Commuter campers without meals are responsible for their own meals, while those with meals included will receive lunch and dinner at camp. Breakfast is not provided for commuter campers, and meals are served at the Chase Dining Hall. Campers have the option to purchase additional items such as camp gear and airport shuttle service. The shuttle service ensures convenient transportation to and from RDU Airport, eliminating the need for parents to accompany their athletes to the camp.
